All orders are processed within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays.) Shipping is free within the United States and Canada. After receiving your order confirmation e-mail, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped with the tracking information included.
International shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries, except if they are included on the OFAC Country List. The current list includes: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria and Zimbabwe.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Carpe Diem Euphoria Page Turner Books is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Each international order will be shipped after the customer has paid the appropriate shipping fees as per their individual request.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 2 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at davidrigg-author@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
